Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026
The Short Version
This site belongs to Thumper Studio, Inc. By using it you agree to these terms. They cover the website itself — the actual work we do for clients runs on separate, signed agreements. Questions: mike@thumper.studio.
Using This Site
You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to anything here. Don't misuse the site — no scraping it wholesale, probing it for vulnerabilities, misrepresenting who runs it, or using it to do anything unlawful.
Our Work & Intellectual Property
The content on this site — the writing, design, the Thumper Studio name and mark — belongs to Thumper Studio. The client work shown in our portfolio and case studies is displayed with those clients' permission, and their trademarks belong to them. None of it may be copied, reused, or presented as your own without written permission.
Services & Pricing
Descriptions of our campaigns and services — including any pricing ranges — are informational, not a binding offer. Every engagement is scoped and governed by its own written agreement between Thumper Studio and the client. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
No Warranties
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every number and detail is current. Case study results describe what happened for those clients at that time — they aren't a guarantee of anyone else's outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Thumper Studio isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Third-Party Links
The site links out to third-party platforms (Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, client websites). Those are their own worlds — their terms and privacy policies apply there, not ours.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version gets posted here with an updated effective date. Effective date of this version: July 20, 2026. How we handle information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
